Located on the Thames riverfront, this large residential compound is the combination of flats,villas,townhouses,
penthouses and affordable housing units.The project is linked to Fulham Wharf Phase 1 and its facilities (e.g.
Siansbury supermarket and retailed spaces) to the southwest side of the site.

Highest and sustainable design standards have been incorporated in the design process such as Lifetime Homes, London Housing Design Guide, Secured by Design and NHBC requirements. Full BIM process and co-ordination was
implemented among the design teams and the client. The project offers highend living standards in one of the most
promising new regeneration areas of West London.
