The design communicates to the city and its people the contemporary identity of life and culture of the city. The plaza
works with eight ‘landscape’ buildings to generate the new meeting point in the city.The design is proposed as a landmark that can be seen from all levels: pedestrian, buildings and from the air, fromdawn until dusk.
