Located between Stanhope Gate and Curzon Street in Central London, the project combines the existing Grade II listed facades with new nine-stories of 20 luxury residential units and a new facade on Curzon Street side. Ranges from one to four bedroom apartments, each unit has automated external titanium screens providing privacy and creating unique characters that reflect a rich mix of life within the building as a whole.
