A three-bedroom house completed with indoor tropical garden, swimming pool, home office and a service quarter was designed to take full advantage of its suburban location where open space is reserved on the east side of the house. The west elevation acts as the ‘shield’ against the strong sun and noise from the common area of the housing estate. Future expansion of two more bedrooms can be incorporated within the shield toward the back of
the house.
