The project is planned and designed for middle-upper income inhabitants. The site is located in the up-and-coming area of the city. The design of the master plan is influenced by space of real communities which have evolved over time. As a result, the estate contains rich spatial varieties in the shapes of land plots and spatial configurations of each living cluster. Each plot and each living cluster influences space of the next one.These qualities establish the uniqueness of the development and give the estate dynamic spatial sequences that promote the sense of belonging within and between communities.
